I could not have asked for a better person to assist me today at Health for Life. Cole was very knowledgeable and beyond pleasant to speak with. He quickly found me the product I was looking for and was able to provide alternates to accomodate my budget.
Have to downgrade this from 5 stars to 1. I was given a coupon for having been overlooked when waiting for my pick up order for a fee pre-roll at the end of November. I have been gone for the holidays and didn't realize it expired. Instead of trying to help me and be customer service friendly, the coupon was taken and I was told they can't give me a free pre-roll because it expired. The rep didn't have any empathy or seemed to care that I was upset. I'll be bringing all my business to Zen Leaf off McKellips and Country Club. That place gave me a bunch of freebies because of the amount I buy from them and they just give it. I don't have to ask for it.
Honestly I love all of the staff, everyone is amazing. I’ve had the pleasure to get Anthony a few times as I usually get Sean and they’re both amazing. They know their stuff and always start good conversation. Cole is pretty sick too! I always feel welcomed and he always says hi!Honestly, anyone who gives this place below a 4 was most likely the problem. Don’t be a dick.

Went from 5 star to 3 star to 1 star. Highly recommend comparing prices to other dispensaries. Simply traveling 15 minutes to other dispensaries offer far more affordable prices especially for carts and disposables. They can price gouge on concentrates because they get away with it being one of the few dispensaries in northern mesa. Their bud is barely a bargain when tempe dispensaries are selling the same half ounces for half the price like. Yikes. Ripoff for life.

I have gotten empty Disposables at this location multiple times. Today being one of them. MPX Blue 22'sThat's extremely nasty, does that mean all them have been "pre smoked?. Or maybe somebody needs to crack down and check their employee's.Would you consume after a stranger? Do you know where that person's mouth has been? Is he/she sick? Have open sores on there mouth? There's a bunch of factors to look into. Let alone. It's pretty diabolical to be selling Pre used cartridges like that & it's only this locations it's happened at.

This was my first time visiting as I was very impressed by the large range of flower online and the efficient pick-up system that offers debit/pay ahead. The waiting is a little small but rest assured they will kindly call you back quickly to a huge room full of glass cases with their products. I got 30% off that my budtender was able to calculate for me, 14g, plus the BOGO on disposables. I also loved the discreet packaging, just a plain white paper bag. I will definitely be back for my next bulk buy of flower. I love the brands and selection.

**SINCE THIS LOCATION WANTS TO DELETE MY REVIEW, I WILL CONTINUE POSTING IT***Been coming here exclusively for years. However after the manager Curtis' attitude and unwillingness to admit they refused to honor my online order that was set and ready to pick up, this is no longer the case.Apparently there was a system issue in the deals which is not the problem. Again, the unprofessional unwillingness to admit the incapability of being able to honor my order amount was pretty ridiculous to be honest. As a manager myself, Curtis' attempt in which to argue with me as a customer is simply terrible service and makes me think he is not very fit for the role.I explained I had no problem, but they were simply not honoring my online order deal and amount, Curtis continued to even try and lie to me, stating that tax does not show up on the total for an online placed order. Anyone who shops here or any dispensary knows that to be untrue.Overall due to the sour taste in my mouth (actually funny that the system may have messed up regarding a $12 difference, and they still refused to honor my receipted total) after spending thousands here per year, I will unfortunately refuse to shop here again since I cannot guarantee any orders placed will be correct, or that I will not be attempted to be charged more upon pickup.I would much rather take my business somewhere else with more transparent practices (the flower shop, greenpharms, curaleaf..etc) as well as the standard level of professional employees who take part in a more customer service orientation. Now I must unfortunately leave these reviews and email corporateHope you guys are happy with your level of customer service! Not arguing with your nonconfrontational passive customers will go a long way in the future.

Every time I come in Cole has a smile on his face which puts a smile on my face. Cole goes out of his way to remember what I like, explain new products, deals and also listen to my needs. Meghan has stood out to me as she is usually the one I see in the front checking in patients. She’s always so helpful, friendly, and makes sure to always make me feel welcome. When I don’t place an online pick up, all the bud tenders are just as helpful. Everyone makes sure to make you feel like a friend welcomed in their home. Everyone is knowledgeable and answers any questions I have. Forever my favorite dispensary in the valley! I don’t go anywhere else.

I came to health for life after a Long Day's work. As I was checking out there was a price discrepancy from online to in store. There was miscommunication about what was on special and what was not. Without any back and forth or talking down Kevin, Alex, and myself explained the situation that each of us was feeling was going on we came to a reasonable solution. It was just very refreshing to have three adult men all speaking to each other with respect and coming to a conclusion like men are supposed to. Five stars good job health for life.
